Self-Assessments

Before you entered into this course you where asked to do a Self-Assessment with the objective to answer two questions:

1) What is the risk if I don't cross River Rubicon and continue with Business-As-Usual.

2) What areas shall I improve in order to thrive at the Next Level.

After each of the 7 variables you are asked to do a Self-Assessment specifically for that module. 

Be brutal honest with you and also ask key people to join in. Yo can always re-play each section if you want more people to learn about STEPPING UP.

Self-Designed Game Plan

Based on the results from the training and the self-assessments you will design your own Game Plan. That is ready to be implemented directly after you finish this course. A good idea is to work together with your key people so that they are ready to move forward .
